Guidelines

Submission

In the first instance we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.

Abstract Submission: Please submit your abstract in English with a word limit of 150-350 words, aiming for an informative summary that includes background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion, and include a brief biography with your submission.

Full Paper Submission: Prospective authors are invited to submit full-text papers, including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references; please ensure your paper is free of typographical and grammatical errors, especially if English is not your first language, as papers will be returned if the English quality is inadequate for publication; all submitted articles should present original, previously unpublished research results, whether experimental or theoretical, meeting the Conference's criteria and not being simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere, with manuscripts adhering to the Conference's style and undergoing review and editing.

Page Limit: In SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science™ Core Collection, and ESCI journals, the standard article length is 7 pages, encompassing all elements such as figures, tables, and references, with additional pages incurring a charge, which exceeds 7 pages at a rate of 50 USD in Peer Review Journals.

Presentation Category:

  • Oral/Virtual Presentation: Opportunity to do a Oral/Live-Stream Presentation at the Conference.
  • E-poster Presentation: Electronic poster (e-poster) presentations are similar to traditional poster presentations but presented on a large computer screen.
  • Pre-Recorded Video Presentation: Authors who cannot attend the live session opt for presenting their work in a pre-recorded audio-visual format (.mp4) can avail of this option.

Registration Guidelines

After receiving the acceptance notice for your abstract, you can proceed to make your payment via Bank transfer/Online. Please be aware that payment is mandatory for each submission (title/abstract) and should be finalized prior to the Full Paper submission deadline.

Important Note:
  • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction you made along with the filled up registration form scanned copy before the last date of conference registration.
  • Delegates should bear the Service Charges (if any) of the bank on the Sender’s Side with registration fees.
  • Submit your Full paper for journal publication only after payment being confirmed by committee.
  • Registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case of not attending the conference or withdrawing the paper.

Benefits of Attending

  • The conference registration fee includes a presentation time slot for speakers, conference proceedings (soft copy), a conference certificate of participation, in-person/virtual networking opportunities, lunch, coffee breaks, and conference photo coverage (online).
  • Listener registration fee includes the admission to all technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and conference banquet.
Note:
  • Your acceptance will be cancelled, and the publication will be placed on hold if it is not made with full payment.
  • Publication of full papers will be recommended but are not guaranteed to be published in the journals (depends on paper quality and under editor review process)
  • The registration fee received is non-refundable. However, the amount you have paid can be utilized as a credit that can be applied to any of our future conferences.
